I think when you're finishing your PhD, a good question to ask is, "What excites me most, teaching or research (or 'other')?" If the answer is teaching, then consider applying to teaching universities, small colleges, community colleges, and high schools. I have friends with PhDs who love their teaching jobs at private high schools. If you're more excited by research, then consider government agencies, NGOs, consulting, and other private sector positions. If you absolutely must have both teaching and research, well, good luck! Get back to work!

Transformation is the key to success because it helps to mold with the situation. I will definitely apply this to my work.
